Aaron Brooks is a good shooter yes??

Rose is a bad shooter yes??

I forget which site it is but one breaks down from where they shoot the ball from and how often they make it. Rose's midrange game is just about as good as Brooks. Parker is as good or better than Brooks. Andre Miller also is as good midrange as Brooks. Avery Johnson didn't have to be able to hit 3 balls, but he DID have to be able to hit the 18 footer. Most PGs have to be able to hit that shot, especially to be able to do PnR. All of the guys mentioned can hit the 18 footer with ease. Perhaps at first Kidd wasn't there, but he is solid enough at it to get by with his other skills.

The poorest shooting PG to have any kind of success recently was Avery Johnson. And his 18 footer allowed the Spurs to get their first chip. So stop it with all the poor shooting PGs. Sure, they may struggle from 3, but hey they can put a move on a guy then shoot the pullup 18 footer which is in their range. This is what Smith and Lowry do not bring to the lineup.

All good FT shooters are typically have decent to great mid range games and when Lowry's feet are set, he can typically can the jumper more often than not. Lowry is just horrible shooting recently, which is very confusing since he usually is fairly decent from mid range. Even his FT% is suffering this season. I hope it has to do with his injuries and conditioning, but we will see. If this trend continues, I will simply give up on him and hope that Ish starts.

I agree. It is time to move on. It has been long overdue.

Like it or not, the big fragile is all this team has in the form of a true go to option.

If you want to see him go, an idea I'm not opposed to, that means starting over because this roster frankly sucks.

Scola's a stud, and AB has proven to be clutch, but down the stretch most of this team folds up like a tent.

I agree - but the era that needs to end is the Adelman Era.

Yao has something left. A sprained ankle shouldn't cause us to abandon him just yet.

Dumping T-mac was popular but left us without that go-to option.

Combine that with turning us from one of the best defensive teams into one of the worst has made Adelman a failure here.

He's had much more talent to show for it and all he got us was a first round win against Portland - something JVG could easily have done. Did he beat an elite team? Never.

Jerry Sloan should have been fired for not being able to win a ring with the best PG and PF in the NBA.

Your arguments are nonsensical. The defense is bad because Yao isn't there, if you recall the Rockets were top 5 defense under RA in 07 and 08. JVG had a healthy Yao and Tmac multiple times j. The playlets and couldn't get it done, etc etc.

Bingo! Now I wish clutchfans would agree with this instead of the kneejerk blaming game... one day here pops the disguised KM hate thread, the next trade Scola away thread, then AB is terrible thread, then Battier is the worst thread, and eventually the back to the normal typical Yao should retire thread, oh oh OH.... and Chase sucks thread....

    When will the non-sense stop?
