Cherry picker I've ever seen. As soon as a player gets a rebound or a lose ball he's already at mid court. If only he would put that much effort into defending he would be alright. Just watch the next game and you'll see what I mean. I've never hated a rocket as much as I hate him.

I was thinking this too but you like one of those whiners or admins for 2k11 sim leagues. So what if he gets his team easy buckets? It's called being aware and alert. Stop crying.

It is not Martin's fault that he has to be the 1st option when he isn't really a first option and he has never been.

The same happend to Ariza last year.

A lot of good players, no great one.

Why is cherry picking bad? We get easy layups. That is what we want...

I believe that is called exploiting the other team's transition defense.

K-Mart does as much dirty work and effort plays as T-Mac did his time here. Not once have I seen K-Mart dive for a loose ball or grab a rebound. He always gets beat to the ball a split second which is as good as a turnover. Sometimes I get the same feeling wathcing K-Mart as I do when I watched T-Mac, how bad does he want it?

it's a good thing he isn't diving on the ground for loose balls. he'd be injured more.

wow fail thread  ....kevin martin is the only reason why we even get to compete in a game ...and cherry picking is called exploiting the other team's defense....and over the last couple of games martin's defense has improved.....yea sure y dont we trade our best player ....u dont realize what u hv in front of u till u lose it....and besides what he doesnt do on defense he makes up on offense...so find urself another solution to the rockets problems

He used to never go in for a rebound last year but this year, you can clearly see him making a concerted effort to go into the paint and try to get a rebound. occasionally he will leak out and get an easy lay up and I don't think anyone would have a problem with that.

What the OP is trying to say is Martin doesn't do the 1%ers and I absolutely agree.

    Wow...

Why is cherry picking bad? Come on. How can people watch the NBA and know almost nothing about the game.

Cherry picking is bad because when the shot go up, and K-Mart leaks out, he is not boxing out his man.

and to think people wonder why we get killed on the boards.

Martin boxing out is like not boxing out at all, cuz people like reggie evans just shoves him to the three point line, might as well let him leak out and get a easy two points

Hustling down the court is bad? I guess he should walk down the court on a fastbreak from now on.

    This thread makes no sense.
