he should be scoring more if he shoots better. the ball is in his hands so much that when he gets his rhythm, he could put up 24-25ppg and 10 dimes.
LOL, ESPN tries really hard to kiss LeBron's ass. Chris Paul had 5.5/11.0/22.8 in 08-09. OK, it's not 6 rebound, but does 0.5 rebound makes a big difference? There's nothing historical LeBron's doing there.
Nothing historical? Only two other players have done this before, how is that not historical? And yes, 0.5 rebounds does mean somthing, just as you can fail tests, and all kinds of things being 0.5 out.
Goodbug will only post in any Lebron or Kobe/Lakers related thread. My advice to you, goodbug, please please spend more of your times in Lakers' forum. Cause your debates are getting old. Is always goes like this. (1) Heat is Wade team not Lebron's (2) Lebron get his assists because he hogged the ball. Kobe will get double digits assists if he wanted too but his role is a scorer. (3) Kobe makes his teammates better whereas Lebron don't. (4) Kobe couldnt win anything without Shaq or Gasol because Smush, Kwame, and Walton sucked. I thought you said the team leader (Kobe, Lebron, Jordan) was supposed to take all of the responsibility and blame, not blame it on his teammates, which is all you ever do when faced with the "kobe couldnt win without shaq or gasol" argument. and your argument that Kobe is better than Jordan is always more or less the same. Is fun to read your post at first but now is getting old. Please come back again if you have any new tricks. Thank you! Only 2 other players had done this for an entire season, LeBron didn't, and didn't even have that 11 games into the season. Your reading comprehension is a serious problem and you better retake elementary school for your own good.

You can tell who the employees of Lebron are because they only post in Lebron threads and only post defensively about the chosen one, insulting anyone who would dare criticize their employer. Then they typically disappear when called out.
Well from what I gather from this post his negative in rebounding is somewhat offset by the low turnover rate and the scoring efficiency increase. However "somewhat offsetting" really means his contributions amount to just above a goose egg each game. Bosh is taking up around a quarter of their team's salary cap, he should be doing more on the court than barely breaking even.
he is playing around 32 minutes a game. i think his average should be around 8-9. i do agree 6 is way too low. we'll see how he plays after his breakout offensive game. i think the best case scenario should be wade and bosh leading the team in scoring. lebron can get his anytime; he has the ball so much that he will get his.

Exactly. This team needs time to jell, anyone who knows bball knows you cant judge a new team after 10 games, especially in the NBA where its an 82 game season.
Then I don't know if you read it correctly, it says ithat he's basically producing at teh same efficiency per touch as he was last season, just (obviously) getting fewer touches since he's no longer playing with Jarrett Jack as the alternative.
It's still early for Miami and the Heat, but the two things that HAVE to happen for that team to come together more quickly are: 1) Chris Bosh MUST be a better big man (offensive/defensive rebounding & interior defense) 2) Dwayne Wade or Lebron James MUST improve their games without the basketball...especially whenever they're on the floor together. Bosh has the largest adjustment becasue he obviously would not have the same offensive opportunities. The Heat can live with Bosh not attempting 20 shots a game (especially the kind he prefers—middle-distance and perimeter shots). Where Bosh has struggled (and is going to continue to struggle) is as any type of solid interior DEFENSIVE contributor for the Heat. Miami needs quality bigs in the worst way. Bosh is capable of being that player. He doesn't have to be a goon or a thug. But he does need to be willing to mix it up on defense on the inside, and average in the low to mid-teens in rebounding. He is quick and athletic enough to be a terrific weak-side help defender and shot blocker. Bosh is willingly sacrificing offense, but unwillingly shirking defensive responsibility. The hardest thing for players that have had large amounts of responsibility to do is do what their teams NEED them to do at their position, rather than do practically everything jut to give the team a chance to win. Wade or James must play without the ball, particularly become a better perimeter shooter. Bosh must rebound the basketball and defend the paint. That's all. Simple to say, but hard to do, it seems.....
the heat are infuriating to watch sometimes. i swear they must have tranquilizer dart fights at halftime every night. in both the jazz game and this game (and for a decent chunk of the 3rd quarter against the suns) they come out with so little intensity it's almost shocking. and for spoelstra's part, it seems to take him about 4 minutes and a 13-0 run to figure out his team isn't playing hard. and now in this charlotte game, lebron and wade are just dribbling and firing up 3's as charlotte keeps coming back from 21 down and no one is even trying to make a play to get things going. like they're just running out the clock. it's strangely the opposite of most good teams, who come out sluggishly and then try to turn it on at the end. the heat put in the work to seemingly put the game away and then just don't try. and wade doing nothing positive since the 1st quarter. edit: and you know they're going to lose, just like the utah game. i'm not allowed to root for a team that wins a close game in any sport this year.
Will be a nice win for the Heat, they made some key def plays, which is a good sign. Bosh is starting to show how good he is as well, which is a great sign for the heat.
