The Boondocks Season 4?

    Are they cancelling the show? I heard they're not bringing back the show.

    Probably another 2 years before a McGruder is convinced to do a 4th season. It'll be like waiting for the later seasons of Airbender.

    Thought they said season 3 was the final season. I think McGruder can be coerced into making another season, however, if it is as bad as the 3rd season, I'll pass.

    Season 3 only had maybe 3.5 good episodes. Seasons 1-2 episodes were all great.

    All the other episodes were mildly entertaining.

    I heard he wanted to go back to just doing the comic strip?


    the cartoon was just great and a good way for him to not be censored (at least on the dvds) but last season was slipping a little bit compared to the first two but i really enjoyed the strip the most actually.

    seemed like the last season took focus away from the main character in Huey and it was all about everyone else in the show more.

    though any episode that features Uncle Ruckus in a significant role cant go wrong for me

    That was a crazy funny show! The lil white girl had me rolling!

    They did say it was the final season, which is a shame. I felt it could have been like south park (social commentary but for the black community) like south park.

    15 episodes in season 3. It probably seemed like less because so many episodes were forgettable. Like I said only 3.5 good episodes. Not a lot of laughs, I was a bit disappointed with this season.

    The Fundraiser was the best and dont forget The Story of Uncle Ruckus was damn good too.

    Absolutely agree, both those episodes were up there as Boondocks classics.

    It didn't even seem like the same show this season.

    It was like a different show with all of the same characters...don't know if that makes any sense to anyone.

    On the Facebook site it said "Season finale, we repeat SEASON finale tonight" when it aired.

    I thought the Uncle Ruckus episode was one of the worst ones. I imagine they have to do another season at least for the sole purpose of making fun of Antoine Dodson.

    The Fundraiser one was about the cookies right? Man that was like my favorite one... Had me rolling.

    Uncle Ruckus gets me rolling as well. Just the stuff he says....
