I need some work done on my house and wanted to see if anybody here either does this or can recommend somebody that works in the Sugar Land area. The things I need fixed are: Sheetrock in the ceiling of one room Paint the exterior trim Replace a fence in the backyard
Not trying to DIY i guess? I would say get a dedicated painter for the painting. The result will be better and it will go faster. Replacing the fence might be best with a landscaper, and the sheet rock might be something to let the painter take a look at because I assume you will want it textured and painted after fixing.
We have a painter that can do all of that (he might not do the fence but will do everything else). He does excellent work and is very reasonable on his prices. We have rental houses and he does work for us all the time and my wife is a realtor and refers him out to her clients all the time- never heard a complaint about him. No, mainly because I'm lazy, but also because I'm hoping that somebody that does this stuff regularly would do a much better job than me. I was hoping to get people that specialize in the stuff, but if there is somebody that can do it all and do a good job I'd have no problem with that.
