Anyway, that comment could only spring from the drug-addled, rock-n-roll saturated mind of Bill Walton. Great stuff.

 

I love him as a commentator, his humor is above so many people, just flies right over their heads.

The guy is a fan of Adelman since their playing days together. Unlike most of this board, heh.

 

Bill Walton has the most important attribute of an excellent color commentator: He doesn't give a damn what people think of him. That's why he ridicules players that deserve to get punked.

I like him too because he views the game as his altar and will go off on anyone who he thinks desecrates the game. Wish he were back on espn.

 

I met Bill and played a pickup game with him at USD.. great guy ..
