Best Global Prepaid Cell Phones?

    I'm going to be traveling to China, Singapore and Australia next month and want to have a cell phone to use in those countries.

    Anyone know of any cheap and reliable prepaid cell phones that will work? Or should I buy a cheap global phone and just buy a prepaid SIM card in each country? Any input would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

    i think there is a sim card that works on GSM, it is 9.99 at bestbuy mobile. Then you can buy the prepaid card along with it, if you need it of course.

    The sim car is called h20.
