hmmm blaming the coach for excessive minutes? Everyone elses numbers diminishing? Lebron can put up all the insane stats but in the end if your teams' aren't winning maybe there's something wrong with you. Tired? Excuses are tools of incompetence...maybe Lebron shouldve let the other two all-stars be facilitators. Either way Lebron's a loser in my book.

Why don't you take your billions and hire a personal conditioning coach to help you train in your own personal gym.

Well, that logic was valid for LeBron's entire career in Cavs. And it applied to Miami through first 9 games. Haslem gets similar number this year and last year, slightly higher fg% and slightly lower PPG. I wouldn't say LeBron made him better yet. But it's obviously Bosh is totally lost in this team. Compare to how the big 3 of Celtics and Gasol of Lakers gel in no time, this is a big failure so far. They are the opposite of being more efficient by playing off one another, and they are not winning enough games either.

Sure we can check back after all-star break but what I am seeing here is system failure, not an easy-to-fix problem.

And stop making excuses for LeBron, if you think this is LeBron's team, he deserves blame for every loss. Bosh is just a role player. MJ wouldn't blame Rodman for not securing enough rebounds if he lost a game.

their offense has been getting better if you have noticed. people just like to pour on them b/c they are losing. their offense is actually fine. it will get better.

they are losing b/c of their defense. they are not rebounding and they are not closing out on 3pt shooters.

to shoot 50% v. boston and score 107 pts, your offense is fine.

their trademark defense has really went downhill and that's up to them. yes, lebron as the leader has to take responsibilities.

secondly to the celtics' big 3, they were not all superstars coming into the union. only KG was considered a superstar. now you have lebron and wade - 2 mega-stars and bosh an all-star. the magnitutude is completely different.

gasol came in as the 2nd star. there's really nothing to integrate b/c bynum was out when gasol came in.

No, their offense isn't getting better. If Wade/LeBron P&R with Bosh/Haslem on the top of the key is your 80% of offense, you can lay off LeBron, put MM in there, and they'll be a better team.

And they haven't addressed any of their defensive weakness yet. You proposed it's so easy to guard Rondo you just gave him 2 steps, how did that work out?

this is why they lost: wade sleepwalking on defense. i think this guy hit it on the head. for all their shortcomings so far (chemistry, roles...), for wade to not even be in the parameter of wherever ray allen is and his effort to run back after he does something offensively, it's not very good.

it could be his court trial that is affecting his effort defensively. v. utah, he was so porous v. deron that spoelstra had to put james on him to end the game.

i think wade is getting off on a lot of things right now b/c people like to bash james and bosh. but wade is just putting ZERO effort defensively. ZERO. he's playing like mcgrady in 09-10 defensively.

Every Lebron related thread will turn into goodbug vs t-mac1 thread.

In fact goodbug will only post in any Lebron or Kobe/Lakers related thread.
My advice to you, goodbug, please please spend more of your times in Lakers' forum.
Cause your debates are getting old. Is always goes like this.
    (1) Heat is Wade team not Lebron's
    (2) Lebron get his assists because he hogged the ball. Kobe will get double digits assists if he wanted too but his role is a scorer.
    (3) Kobe makes his teammates better whereas Lebron don't.

and your argument that Kobe is better than Jordan is always more or less the same.
Is fun to read your post at first but now is getting old. Please come back again if you have any new tricks. Thank you!

Are you serious? Just nine games into the season and you already know their offense won't get better. Do you have any idea how silly you sound? EVERYBODY's offense will get better, especially a team like the Heat that just got slapped together. How stupid can you be, guy?

I'm not a LeBron fan or a Heat fan and I've ripped LeBron for his behavior, but the sheer nonsense in this thread is amazing.

LOL, the truth is never old. I called out McGrady since 2004, but it took 5 years for most Rox fans to recognized that.

    (4) Kobe couldnt win anything without Shaq or Gasol because Smush, Kwame, and Walton sucked.

I thought you said the team leader (Kobe, Lebron, Jordan) was supposed to take all of the responsibility and blame, not blame it on his teammates, which is all you ever do when faced with the "kobe couldnt win without shaq or gasol" argument.

and your argument that Kobe is better than Jordan is always more or less the same.

Honestly, the only reason you may have called out McGrady back in the day was because Kobe vs Tmac arguments existed. This just further proves that Kobe's nuts have been in your mouth for a verryyy long time.

Ya, because Mcgrady was always compared to your boy Kobe back then.
Let's say, Lebron retires tomorrrow, I m sure the next player you will constantly attack will be Kevin Durant because he will be the one to dethrone your Kobe.

The conclusion, any players that threatened to dethrone Kobe as the best player in the league will be your target and you will use the logic to defend kobe over and over again.

Exactly the same thought as me. Come one high five!

Last time I checked goodbug joined the forum in 2008. So he must be using another name back then to troll around.

The failure of Lebron nut huggers to ever admit he does anything wrong just amazes me... I guess it's this whole generation of player fans but I still find it funny that they can't even accept a little bit of criticism of their idol. The guy is a top 2 player in the league and on talent and athletic ability has the most at his disposal of any player in the league, it's his T-Mac quitter attitude(which to be honest does not always come out) that probably stops him being one of the best.

Now Kobe while he has been mentioned was certainly no angel at this age, while his willingness to win at all costs was greater than Lebron at a young age, he also said plenty of stupid things and did stupid things like Lebron does. I think Lebron is a great example of the rule being changed to make players do at least one year of college.. none of us would know what it's like to be in his situation with a massive Nike deal and being called the next Jordan before you ever even play a NBA game.. add to this being surrounded by people who want to try and use your success to benefit themselves.. it would be really easy to get out of touch with reality. Also while we would all love to employ our friends like Lebron did, one thinks a proper agent would of been sitting Lebron down after statements like this and saying 'you can't be saying that, it doesn't look good'... where as you get the feeling he hears more of 'yeh you showed them!'. Now if Lebron was winning rings he could rightfully do what he wants and throw that at people like Woj... but when he continues statements like this, does his stupid dances and things like 'the decision' you are just handing the press crates of ammo to use against you.

It's what the player did on the court, not what I said spoke volume. I could see TMac a quitter since his Orlando days, you couldn't and that's not my problem. Now LeBron has the same problem and you can deny all you want, but again it's just the truth.
