right now I've been mixing that Kellog Strawberry Flake cereal with Cocoa crispies. Pretty good stuff.
Strawberry Flake cereal? That must be a regional thing... I used to mix those tiny boxes of cereal all the time...can't remember exactly which ones... They call that little box a serving?
special K with strawberries and peanut butter captain crunch with soy milk makes me drool just thinking about it... man i am the biggest cereal lover of all time... its normal for me to eat an entire box in a day...

I'm like drapg. I practically live on cereal and create many different mixtures using these ingredients: Bran flakes, rolled oats, raisins, Peanut Butter bumpers, ground almond meal, grated coconut flakes, soy flakes, dried blueberries & cranberries and sometimes a couple drops of vanilla extract. I go heavy on the oats- they make me feel like a horse.
