Actually, I can't figure it out. A 5-letter word? Edit: A particular 4-letter word works. Some of these don't seem like bad things... for example: "Announced over $8 billion in loan guarantees to promote nuclear power".
It's a leftist group that put it up. They're for civil liberties, but against anything else that makes lives better.
