I have never seen a roughing the punter penalty on a blocked punt. Maybe a blocked FG when the kicker is literally off-limits in that situation, but not a blocked punt. I'm sure somebody can dig up the rule.

Whats up the defense in Houston? Texans have the worst defense in the NFL. The Rockets are have the worst defense in the NBA. Rice and UH have to have two of the worst 5 defenses in college football.
