An Alabama man has been arrested for sexually abusing a miniature horse after police found his wallet in the stable. However, he could not be charged with bestiality because there is no local law against it. Eric Steven Easley, 27, was instead charged with killing or disabling livestock. The charge was the only relevant felony available to police. Easley was arrested at the weekend after authorities discovered a trail of evidence suggesting the crime and pointing to him as the perpetrator. Police spokesman Lori Myles said officers were first called on Saturday afternoon to a house which serves as a breeding facility for miniature horses, because the owner said one of the animals was acting strangely. Myles said the owner and deputies found hair tied to a post, indicating someone had tried to tie the female's tail to the post. According to Myles, police and a vet discovered blood and other evidence that indicated the horse had been sexually abused. Don't mean to be insensitive toward the female animal, but I'm glad this sick fool is raping a minihorse rather than someone from his own species. Again, I'm sure the animal is traumatized and it was probably terrible for her, but from what I've seen from the discovery channel there happens to quite a bit of cross species action going on out there.

really? for some reason i feel worse for the horse. I mean she probably thought if anything was going to rape her, it would be by her own species. Instead she got it from another species altogether. poor horse...
What is it about Alabama?! I have a friend from Munford Alabama, that tells this story about his buddy that was doing a chicken. How and the Hell is that even possible?! Don't answer I really don't want to know.
Easley has issued a statement. “Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that the mini horse did not and does not view this incident the same way I did,” he said.
