still the animation of the players sucks,that does not look like francis.......if u compare with the 2k series u know what im talking about cause 2k is the real deal

Damn the red & gold looks sweet. Unfortunately, the game still looks wack but if Les wants to bring back the old school jerseys I'm all for it. Oh, and PCMILLS, Francis does look like Ralph in those pics.

Franchise keeps his finger on the pulse! I refuse to buy this game. I got NBA Live 2002 with Franchise on the front....NBA2k3 will get my money this season. Im sick of waiting for just a decent BB game from EA Sports.
I feel your pain. I'm a loyal EASports fan, but Live 2002 was ridiculous. Actually, I thought it was a nice-looking game, but the game-play was horrendous. As for 2K2, the game-play was great, but there was just something missing. The graphics were crisper in 2K2, but I thought the player movements in Live were better, not as stiff. I'm certainly going to rent Live first this year to see if I like it.
