I thought this was a 'bring back Rick Adelman' thread. As in...what has happened to his coaching???

I was a big Skip fan when he was here. He brought a lot more to the team than posters here would appreciate. But, that time has passed. A PG who can play better D and have more poise under pressure than Brooks would be desirable, but from someone besides Rafer.

Does this fall into the category of bad threads being talked about in the feedback?

Actually CH you're a great poster and I think you're the only one that's expected and tolerated when you blast out a sarcasm thread.

On the topic, big NO for me. There aren't any minutes at the guard position let alone any more with the team as is. I'm sure I could list about 20 more reasons why I wouldn't want Rafer back, though he ws a very solid defender.

The starting guards are what they are, there needs to be greater effort from them. Our wings and interior D really need to pick up. I'm thinking the overall effort on D can help, but I'm thinking a trade of some sort is the only way to upgrade significantly, doubt that's going to happen anytime soon.

If you bring back RA, will RA even use him?

If you ask me, what really needs to happen is DM needs to bring back DM.

Its amazing what a win-less season will do to you.

I think we should bring back KS. I heard KS refused to work with coworkers in TNT, and it is a great idea to bring KS back rather than RA or RB.

Yep, people probably still first think "That's Crazy!" but then would think "Well, RA can't make us worse than 0-4 in 4 gams."

Watching Rafer Alston handle the ball and shoot for the Rockets took about 10 years off my life.

NOO!!!!! We need to let AB get his game back and settle down for RA so RA won't get mad and the other RA won't come back after PRC rejected RA. If we got someone like TR for RA to coach back to back games with YM, RA could be useful.

    If not, **** RA!!!!!

Wow, on another thread, somebody said how low expectations have gotten in just 2 weeks because people were wanting Jordan Hill to start.

I think we can 2nd that notion when people are actually wanting to bring back Rafer Alston...

FOR DEFENSE??? This is the first time I have heard Rafer Alston and Defense mentioned in the same thread :)

Kind of shows you how little Rick Adelman knows about the subject too.
