goddammit. not only to the texans have to worry about cj2k (lolz) and vy scrambling but now they have a legitimate deep ball threat
I am pretty shocked he fell to them with the 23rd position on waiver wire...Fisher won't let him be a distraction. Either he will play by his rules, or he will be gone just as fast as he was in Minnesota. Either way, I am freaking excited!!
In the running game, it'll be like an extra defender on the field, since Randy Moss (even at his happiest) has never cared enough to even half-ass it when it comes to run blocking. Say what you want about TO or Keshawn, but both of those guys go all out blocking downfield. Oh, and this "top notch" "legit receiver" has 22 whole receptions all year, despite being the featured receiver on two offenses. Lets see how much Titans fans like him after he gator-arms a couple of game winning touchdown passes like he did for that game winning touchdown he missed when the Vikings could have beaten the Packers. Dude is a train wreck.
Hopefully him and Vince won't get along and he'll tear up their locker room. I hope this turns out to be a negative to the Titans. I don't like them.
Yeah, and that Oakland team blew goat nards. It's a crappy time for VY to get a big weapon... for Kerry to play with.
Low risk HUGE reward deal for the Titans, if Moss gets his ass in gear...this could be the turning point in the divison.
Schefter also just said one of Randy's desired destinations was Tennessee and that he happily plans to report.
Two games to play against them, they're already a strong defense, and now we've got Moss stretching the field with Johnson and Young a constant concern to break loss through the flats. This, with Cushing hamstrung playing MLB. If the Titans sweep us, we're 100% out of the running for the playoffs and in danger of finishing 8-8 or worse. Please let it be cancer Randy that reports.
Moss goes from Brady to Favre and now to Young... Talk about going from the penthouse to the outhouse... Cant wait to see how frustrated Moss gets when all those VY passes are way off target.
I don't think he's been that bad, the Patriots don't pay vets, they got a chance to lose him with compensation and it worked out great for them
I'm not worried - as was previously stated - Coach Fisher won't cut him any slack. If he starts dissing the post-practice lunch or has a bad attitude, he'll be cut just as fast. The only thing they're out is $6.4 million for the year - no draft picks lost like in Tennessee. Of course, as a fan i can say "just $6.4 million" because its not my money.
Vikings thought he was a low risk when they acquired him. I think it's very telling that Pats traded him for a 3rd round pick when they could just kept him for the rest of the year and let him walk after the season and gotten a 3rd round compensatory pick in 2012.
