Jeff Van Gundy vs. Alonzo Mourning's leg...

I remember watching this one fight. This one dude picked up Shawn Bradley and body slammed him to the court. Probably the most classic fight clip ever. I still have it saved on my hard drive, but I can't make out the other guy...

99% of NBA players punch like girls, or 5 year old boys in their first fight.

Dammit, you beat me to it, A-Train!

Also, Van Gumby against Marcus Camby ("hey you guys break it u....OOF!") I forgot who Camby jumped, but he accidentally punched Van Gumby....all this when the Knicks were playing on MLK Jr Day and a bunch of kids had been sponsored for free at the game. Way to go, Marcus!

It was Danny Ferry. The look on his face as Camby came at him was priceless.

    Best Fighter: Ben Wallace
Worst Fighter: (Tie) Kobe Bryant and Shaq.

Shaq cant fight for ****. You dont swing at a person with the same hand twice in a row.(Brad Miller) He's just bigger and stronger than everybody else. If he ever came up against somebody his size and strength he'd get whooped.

Best contemporary fighter: Roy Jones, Jr. (He plays pro BBall, but not in the NBA, of course.)

Best fighter of all time: Calvin Murphy

Worst contemporary fighter: All of them, the NBA is the 'I throw my punches in a circular, downward motion' league.

Worst fighter of all time: 'Zo Mourning, dude looked like he was climbing an imaginary ladder during his 'fight' with LJ.

I wonder what Karl Malone would look like in a real fight, face-up, and not just cold-cocking defenseless opponents with dirty elbows. I'd really, really, really like to see that. Dude could use one in the grill.

Right on, the Dream and OT would be two guys not to mess with.

The best fighters have to be Charles Barkley and, as Rudy would attest, Kermit Washington. The worst, Shaq, who got the smack laid down on him by the Chuckster, and Kobe "I got b****slapped by Chris Childs" Bryant.

This is a tough topic...requires thought.
Mad Max would chunk a weight at you if you pissed him off and that's no small thing.
People who say OT looked like he wouldn't take crap...I don't remember OT ever getting really mad even after crap calls. I'm not saying I'd wanna be caught kicking his dog, but he never looked as mean as Mason.

After a lot of thought however, I've come up with the conclusion that Allen Iverson would be the one I wouldn't want to mess with. Even if you beat his butt he'd pull a gun on you and that just wouldn't be funny at all.

Whoever mentioned Kermit Washington should be shot.

So is "imao" considered one word? Because if it is, you owe me a dollar. :D I know it is an abbreveation, but I was just wondering if I had a dollar coming to me.

I think we've all left out Dennis Rodman. I'd like to see him go at it. Seeing as he has experience somewhat from being in the WCW.

Guys I wouldn't want to mess with..( All things being relative)

Charles Oakley...strong as an ox and mean as a bear.
    Kevin Willis...Dinosaurs will EAT you!
Otis Thorpe...I don't think he'd feel it if you hit him.
Antonio Davis...He'd be nice about it...but he'd kick your butt.
    Dale Davis...See above.
Kenyon Martin...Mean,built, and out of control.
Karl Malone...Doesn't need it the way he's built, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was packin' on court.
Michael Jordan...cause he could cheap-shot you with a punch when you weren't looking, beat you with a chair when you were lying on the ground, and take out a gun and shoot your unconscious body dead...and they'd call you for an offensive foul and throw your corpse out of the game...and then you'd have to read all about how he has 'earned' this kind of respect while sitting in some waiting room in the afterworld...

Guys I wouldn't want watching my back...

Kobe...unless he was fighting a girl...and then it would depend how tough she was...
Shaq...He's huge, but he hits like a broken windmill...sloooowly falling from high up, but not really going anywhere..He might hit you as well as, or instead of his opponent.
Darius Miles...I honestly suspect that if basketball were an outdoor sport, he'd be in constant danger from violent gusts of wind.
