    There was an article a couple years back about how scorekeepers can intentionally inflate stats almost at will, especially assist stats.

    But you still have to play excellent ball to even get an inflated 24 assists

    Nah, its better to having great shooting in spurts and poor-to-no-defense rather than great defense and passing. We all know inconsistent offense and bad decision-making leads to championships.

    Rondos on (one of) my fantasy team! someone actually this morning asked to trade rondo for brooks, yet I had to reject. Rondo will win assists for me every week all year by himself. he has 50 assists this week already...

    How about... we talk about Rondo. Not about Brooks.
    Rondo is considered an ELITE PG... Brooks is considered a serviceable PG at best...

    Yep. His passing and defense outweigh his inability to hit a jump shot. And before anyone says anything, his passing and defense are light years ahead of any pg that can't shoot so please don't bring it up. thanks.

    How he can dominate a game without even trying to score is simply amazing. He absolutely dictates the pace of games and hits teammates absolutely in stride. I knew he would be very good when he was at Kentucky, but this is HOF level play. Incredible.
