Just got back from this place call, "S & S exotic animals" which is located on the northside of Houston. I have to say this place uber bad a** . What pet store has a lion and a tiger? And they use to have a grizzly bear. I will definitely be purchasing a panther chameleon from them soon and a hedgehog. Mann they have everything at a reasonable price. An adult veil chameleon runs for $150. Freaking petco and petsmart charges $100 for a baby. I like to see CF's show me a pet store that can top this in houston. Check out their photo gallery for a specific pet www.sandsexoticanimals.com .

Ya I need one of them mini giraffes. There used to be this place called Walbash (I think) off Washington but chances are its probably been turned into a frat dragon clothing 4-level superbar that only serves Miller products and Jeiger.

Wow, horrible web site. Why is it that every small business that sells pets thinks it's 1997 and on AOL?

    Yup.

Anyhoo, how did they obtain these animals? Probably through illegal means?

Wow, they really do have an exotic collection. Most of them way too exotic for me. I did have a ferret and chinchillas as pets before though, which are somewhat exotic. But a baboon?

Sucks for that lizard. Can't be very happy.

when I was a kid I remember going to a pet shop in Baybrook mall and seeing rattle snakes for sale for 25 bucks each. Is this something I dreamed or was that real?

Who would have thought for only $3,500 I could have a baboon?

I also wonder if a Sloth makes a good pet. It would seem that it would be low maintainence.
