I'm apparently in the minority as I don't mind the HSN hosts. Yeah, she's amped up to 11, but at least they treat the other people well. That's all I really care. They're not my favorite team, but there are other teams I wish would go first. Roid Dude is annoying and I can't stand Notre Dame guy. But I probably just don't understand him. Because I didn't go to Notre Dame.

    Thank God.

Yeah I like the HSN hosts and I think they are pretty easy going and fun to watch actually ... Definitely rooting for KevJumba and his dad though

This is only the second season I've watched this stupid show, and I still don't get it. The volleyball chicks had ZERO chance of catching up on the last episode. They left 2 and a half hours later than the first place team, and every task yesterday was just time-wasting events. Whereas the past few episodes, the players caught up with ease. The Sugarland gang was even able to get on the first flight out a couple weeks ago even though they should've been eliminated. Their penalty? Sit on a block of ice for ten minutes.

They need to call this the incredibly blind luck race.

I quite liked the Notre Dame guy team until they played his interview at the start of the last episode, when he said "Because I went to Notre Dame I alwasys thought I would end up with a girl who went to university....."

WTF? What a terrible thing to say. His girlfriend is smokin hot, he should be thanking his lucky stars.

Love this show - have watched every eposide since Series 1.

The guy lowered his standards, obviously as a Notre Dame graduate, supermodels with PhDs everywhere were lining up to date him. What a humble and grounded guy.

yea and then the gfs reply is such amazement that she ended up with a guy who went to such a good school and said its NORTE DAME.. gosh I hope they lose next week.. annoying..

I use to hate the shopping hosts but they grew on me.

Just got around to watching his videos on page 2. Pretty funny stuff.

How does he get to interview all those NBA players?

Also, if he's a Rockets fan (clearly, he is), he HAS to be on this site somewhere, right? I wonder who he is.

The best part of that exchange was how he punctuated the line by biting into an apple.

And is it that big a deal to go to Notre Dame? This season there are two guys from Princeton and two doctors. So the race isn't exactly bereft of college achievers.

I'm rooting for all the non-couples (both parent/child and female/female teams). All three of the couples are fairly unlikeable (at least the guys are). Though the meathead team can stick around for the LOLs (to the cab driver, "Artic Circle. You know it?").

well he rose to popularity with other videos first.. once he had a million subscribers he got the respect from NBA players and Celebs.. so they agreed to do videos with him. He also did a short skit with Iyaz and even Jessica Alba

The meat head team is the only likeable couple. They seem pretty chill and laidback. The guy is actually hilarious after he was bragging about riding a bike since he 5 and then his gf pwns him up the hill.

I think I have a small crush on Brook and Mallory. I just love their personalities.

So glad the volleyball team got eliminated. They're annoying and imo overrated on the hotness scale.

Also, I know Kevin personally. He went to a school dance with my sister a long time ago, maybe homecoming? I saw him at the end of the summer, and I can't believe he didn't saying anything about being on the amazing race. He said this season, they're pushing for a girl team to win.

I noticed the Kevjumba vids with Jalen and BDavis...but probably the best is that he got a video response from Jessica Alba.

Cannot stand the guy who constantly belittles his dad. He explains before every challenge how he has to do everything because of how weak & feeble his dad is, or no we can't choose that one because my dad sucks so hard at everything. Then when the old man does something, such condescending praise. Like he's talking to a two year old. Why can't that guy get a watermelon to the head?

Come on man. They're having a laugh for the most part. Both of them are reppin for Htown so I can't hate them.

The dad also has a good sense of humor.

My thoughts exactly about Notre Dame guy.
I'm thinking to myself, you're on the dang show with two people who attend(ed) Princeton and you're bragging about going to Notre Dame???

He's telling the truth. He does every physical one person task. He is carrying both on his back and his dad has worse fitness than the chicks.

And his dad agrees...I don't see it as belittling or condescending.

Yeah, I don't think he's raised his voice at his dad once even though no one could blame him for being frustrated.

So is there a limit as to how many times a member can do one of those road blocks? Because it seems like Kevin has been doing all of them so far and his Dad has been doing none.

Did his dad do it when they were spared from elimination?
