I am impressed. He is playing well at the both ends.

I like what I see. Only thing they need is play time together to jell and know each other's game. I'm definitely liking the pickup so far though.

Yao, Miller, & Hill, our center position is strong now. I don't think this team needs Dampier. I hope they can give the last roster spot to Smith.

After 82 games we will see how strong that position is.

I think we'll have lots of problems with big athletic centers. I just don't know what Dampier can give us. Still the Rockets liked him better than Fesenko who is much much younger

There's only one truly big, athletic center in the league. A lot of teams have problems with him.

I am very happy with Miller's 1st game. I thought he would have alot of rust and there would be chemistry issues that would hurt the offense.

I am still concerned about injury issues for Yao and Miller. Limited minutes may reduce the chance of injury, but it doesn't eliminate it.

    He look Ok.
    (insert scola pic)

He was a player coach out there, guiding the rest of the rockets how to run Rick's system. I loved that behind the back pass!
I just can't wait to see the best part of his game, his role as the enforcer. To see the nearest laker in pain when fisher goes fisher and decides to cheap shots one of our guys, that will be much fun.

I want to see Miller play some minutes next to Yao before pre-season is up. Throw in Jeffries at SG too. It's not as big as that four 7-footer line-up Adelman played in one of those All Star games but close enough.

I laughed when Miller went up for that awkward drive and got tangled up by his defender. The refs had no choice but to call the foul on the Nets.

I know it's not a perfect stat, but Miller had the highest +/- 15

Vlade was very good. Played solid D on Lopez, smart offensive game, too. Actually looked better than Yao Ming.

Actually it is more like a travel, maybe it is the home court advantage we get anywhere China.

His passing skills and vision are ridiculously good for a Center.

I can't wait to see a fluid motion offense.
