Companies in Houston have the option of moving to Greenway, Galleria, Westchase, the Energy Corridor, etc etc. Not sure if other cities offer those kind of options.
Looks awesome, I've always been into towers/architecture. In fact, I'm a member of architecture forums under the same name. (cool story bro)
british gas is about to take the midrise section. approx 300k sf. KPMG took four floors early on in pre-leasing. I'd look for mainly energy related cos. to take the remainder.
for me? not sure i understand the question. if you're asking about for yourself, absolutely- lot's of great places to live in both boroughs. mc mark lives in queens, iirc.
wonder how the garden is going to do in a hurricane... cool looking bldg though. Houstons skyline is highly underrated. never understood why people think dallas' is better. Austins is coming along but Houston is the best in Texas by far imo
They're tall. Duh. If you're into skyscrapers and don't already know about it, check out this site : http://www.emporis.com/application/?nav=skyscrapers

devon occupies the majority of Two Allen and a portion of Three Allen. you may be thinking of Hess who occupies a large portion of One Allen but will be moving into the Hess (formerly Discovery) Tower by Discover Green.
my dad is the Superintendent of the job site. DE Harvey Builders. I got some pics that I will try to find. We went up the like the 40th floor, and it one view i could see Minute Maid, Toyota Center, Astrodome, and Reliant Stadium.
Yep. Just got back from nyc.. Their skyline is a monsta. It was my first trip there in a while. I forgot how ridiculous it is up there.
Some construction guy was telling me there is a limit to what they can build in downtown Houston because its close to Hobby Airport. Don' know if its true
Hmm, Midway Airport is slightly closer to downtown Chicago than Hobby Airport is to downtown Houston.
Looks really nice. I've always felt like the only thing that is keeping Houston's skyline from being amongst the more famous ones is a body of water.
I do, yes. Took this picture back in April 9th, from CHASE TOWER's view: Spoiler (WARNING: EXTREMELY LARGE THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID)
