Durant Declines Invitation To LeBron Party In Kansas City

lol at people that don't know the difference between Durant's shirt and Queen Lames' check my stats. Durant's is a joke, a play on words using the NBA slogan. Being a joke, it can't possibly be considered cocky...


My guess is, even if Durant "went out during Basketball" he's not gonna go to an opposing player's party. That would be lame.

but usally where one theres the other, typically.. ppl are so determined to denounce religion theyll try to dettach it any chance possible, its a shame really.. everyone has their own derived religion on whats right and wrong based on what makes them feel ok with themselves, Im not talking about you, just people in general

KD is a real pro and a class act. The NBA is lucky to have him.

 

Perhaps the antics of LeChoke have prompted Durant to re-evaluate his own personal behavior? If so, good for him.

Even the "taking my talents" phrase, I've heard players say that before in press conferences in years past. Lebron says it, and its deluxe arrogance like he invented it.

Why is it important that Durant didn't go to Lebron's party??

Seems people here care much more about this than either Lebron or Durant.

Yeah, LeBron's marketing company sucks.

 

It's the little things about LeBron that makes him look cocky.. like dancing on the sidelines, smacking his mouthpiece like he doesn't give a ****, the entire ESPN premiere about his signing, his tattoo.. And the sad thing is, he is merely the end product of the media and our own desires to have a mega-NBA superstar..

I agree with you on just about all counts, but nonetheless, Durant certainly is one of the healthiest-for-the-league superstar personalities we've seen in a long time. Certainly way less ego than a Lebron or a Kobe. Maybe he'll do something someday to disappoint us, but he seems like a standup guy right now.

Word. Religion has no part of my respect for Durant. If that is in fact why he acts the way he does, so be it (slightly disappointing that he needs to fear god to be a respectable human being, but I'll take it). Anyways, I digress...

Like NBA players go to work early in the morning or something or going out to party comes with a getting ****faced requirement.
