I would recommend using Raymond Rutherford. I got pulled over in Jersey Village for doing 95 in a 60 along with wreckless driving and a couple of other violations... total that I was looking at is about 1500 bucks outta pocket. Rutherford got it down to 600 plus got me defensive driving and it was off my record after I provided documents to the court.
