yes, I did....Roxana is gonna kill me!, Not one, but two!!!! Took advantage of a sale or something... To add to my collection: Heckler and Koch USP .45 (like the Mark 23) and Beretta 92FS I know, I know...everyone has a Beretta, but this is the first for me.... I am so happy, yet scared to realize what hunny is gonna do...Seriously, I'll be o.k....I think....Did I promise no more guns this year? Gun enthusiasts, any opinions on these or advice? (besides get 15, 17 round mags for the 9mm) Thanks...
From what I have heard, you'll be really happy with that Beretta. I've heard it is a real smooth shooter with very little recoil. Do yourself a favor and get grips to fit your hand if the factory grips are uncomfortable. You'd hate to lessen your enjoyment of the smooth shooting by having grips that are too large or too small cause your hand to be sore.
Actually, I have a Maxima. I wouldn't be caught dead driving a Chevrolet! BTW - is the Corsica still considered like the Beretta's "cousin"?
People have told me they either know nothing about HK or they are a big believer in this legendary German manufacturer (something about how talented those Germans are at building weapons, the same guys who brought us the famous MP-5 submachine gun and such....) A co-worker is a true believer in the Beretta 92fs, since he used in before in the armed services.... Both the HK USP in .45 and Beretta are apparently easy to strip-clean...so I'm happy with that since my S&W autoloader really isn't.
I have an S&W 39-2. It is the hardest gun I've ever attempted to disassemble to clean. What a nightmare. My Makarov is easier to strip than that S&W.
Hehe...squirrel. Those are some sweet guns. Playing Counterstike online probably gave me some practice with those guns.
The Beretta is a great gun. It's not as light as some of the other "Wonder 9s" I've played with, but it just feels more solid. Never had a chance to fire a USP, but only heard good things about 'em.
