    Jordan Hill looked pretty good tonight. Especially with the high energy and the sweet midrange shots. kinda like a bootleg version of the young garnett!

    C'mon... Lowry has made great plays in closing seconds, including earlier in this game. Dished it off to Scola. I've seen him score in those situations as well.

    I actually thought Ariza was pretty good for us and really was excited to see him with Yao but Lee has made me forget about Trev VERY quickly. Lee just fits so much better with this crew and should be a blast to watch all year long.

    yeah you can really tell a player is overpaid by a sequence of plays in a preseason game :rolleyes:

    The biggest difference i see is Lee can put the ball on the floor and control it all the way to the rim, whereas trevor can't.

    Whereas I have advocated for Lowry getting the starting gig all off-season I have to say I was wrong. I noticed some sweet moves by Brooks tonight.

    If you want someone late in the game, Brooks is the answer for this team.

    Lowry had an ok game....he led the team in assists with 7, but also turnovers with 5.

    His shooting, however is still poor....I just don't get why he shoot so badly, he has ok form, but the shots just don't fall for him very often.

    He was 4-11....which is exactly what Arize was giving us in terms of FG%.

    Nice win. The team will be a work in progress through the rest of the preseason. Hoping for the team to gel through the rest of the preseason and come out strong without any excuses to start off this season.

    Hill looked phenomenal and Lee looked very solid!! Battier still looking a little unsatisfactory... but all in all!! I was super impressed with Hill he is gonna have a breakout season!! And I have a slight feeling he is gonna be trade bait for us!!

    Yao 2-8, I believe both of his buckets were on nifty passes from Brooks on a high PnR.
