Ok I'm playing my player mode with NY and I'm playing on hall of fame. Every game I play is like we get our ass beat pretty bad I know this is the knicks but damn. And it has nothing to do with my player I do pretty well while my team play like **** and the other team no matter who it is play like the greatest team ever. Any one playing my player mode on hall of fame having any luck?
You can't win every game... maybe bad chemistry, maybe a cold month. Both are incorporated in this game...
Cheater! No I understand that, rebounds are difficult to come by on any of the higher difficulties. Did you guys have to double Drex and Wilkins to get past those challenges? I lost my last challenge against the Hawks by 2 points, Nique ended up with 27.
I would just shadow Nique/Clyde when they were off-ball, using left trigger, trying to stay inbetween him and the ball handler. If you can prevent them from getting touches, you'll be in good shape. Had it set to "always double" also. You could always try getting them into early foul trouble.
That's what I was thinking, trying to get them into foul trouble but I like playing MJ at the point and Paxson/Armstrong at the 2 so I wouldn't be guarding them I'd have Pippen assigned to them the entire game. Probably why I've been failing. Thanks for the advise.
Default: This is the setting you want if you like up and down play with lots of dunks and highlight moments. There won’t be a whole lot of stoppages and you’ll see higher scoring across the board. Arcade-style play is probably the best way to describe it. Simulation: Real life stats. This is my game style of choice. With 12-min. quarters, you will easily see NBA averages across your stat lines. Don’t expect anything easy in the paint, you’ll have to work a lot harder and execute good basketball strategy to be successful in Sim.
I hope they don't drop Yao's ratings during the season cause he isn't playing as much which would be stupid. He is UNSTOPPABLE in the paint. Makes everything and locks it down on D. and Budinger can fly on this game.
Simulation style is not actually simluation style. It might give you sim-stats but it's not sim gameplay. NBA players should not be missing wide-open threes consistently... 1-11 with Mike Miller and 1-6 with Eddie House? Nope...
got drafted to the heat and im their 6th man, im getting decent stats but i think im gonna hold off till they patch the game because i hear its freezing like a mofo for everyone on 2k forums. wow and HOF sim is pretty freakin hard, i used to dominate hof before but i can only keep up in the first quarter then our rox just get murdered. sighh
This hall of fame is no joke I've been up damn day and night trying to win a freaking game with the knicks.
so i unlocked about 4 pairs of jordans in my played mode, when i unlocked the 5th pair, the other 4 became locked again... any one else having this problem!?
