BTW - Brooks makes too small amount of money to make it work, Lowry and Battier would get it done though....

And it would make our starting lineup even better......if you trade Brooks you get better in one spot and significantly worse in another.

You guys watch, Lowry is going to struggle this year, he won't get the same minutes nor have the same impact....

Don't be suprised if Brooks gets less and less minutes.

I feel he is gonna be traded before ASG.

That is my gut instinct.

I have a feeling that you are completely wrong. An out of shape Yao plus losing a 20 ppg scorer means this team is back to the situation where they cannot score enough points to keep up with other contenders.

 

You speak the truth, this year's team will revolve around AB, Martin and Scola, with Yao and Brad Miller as different types of role players.

Backup PG minutes will be at a premium....and as Adelman and Morey have already said they like Lee to be able to play the stronger bigger PGs, it has the potential to impact Kyle the most.

And players that already struggle with their jumpshot as Kyle does, it could really have an affect.

And what do you base this on (other than the fact you love Brooks so much and are so pissed that other people don't love him like you do that you are now rooting for his backup to fail)?

I base it on the fact that we have basically 12 NBA rotation players, and both Adelman and Morey have said that it will be nice to have Lee to match up with larger PGs.

I don't expect Brooks to get the same minutes either, but starters usually give up a bit less.....I doubt Lowry gets the 24 minutes a game again, and it makes me wonder if he would be ok with that.

And, I am not saying Lowry fails, just that he might struggle finding a rythmn if his minutes are cut....

you guys would want wallace ? oh hell no. the guy cant shoot and cant create for himself or anyone else and i guarantee his stats would plummet and he would look like an average player on the rockets.
