Has anyone used it before? It's $39.99 for Android.

I was wondering if it would be possible to just get the app and then play it on my TV via HDMI cable if I got the HTC EVO...

Seems like a fairly straightforward option.

However, I dont know if they will have all the Rockets games on the mobile app, and how blackout rules apply to phones...

    Seems like a viable plan.

However, I believe the blackout rules would be the same. Is there a way to mask your IP through the router?

I have never been able to get around the blackout rules. However, I was hoping maybe using 3g or 4g may bypass the blackout rules.. Sometimes I get an IP address close to Austin.

Wouldn't they be able to tell where you are by the nearest cell tower? IP is probably the only way to do it.

Had this last year and yes you are subject to rockets blackouts even on 3g/4g.
