[LA Times] How Jewish is Hollywood?

Just off the top of my head: Hyman Roth, David Kleinfeld (Carlito's Way), Maurice Levy (The Wire)....

 

TIP of the day: When someone brags how a certain religion of women 'love' them, usuallu this is a way to cover up no women loving them. Especially with a name like Ronny.

Looking back it at, your post makes a hell of a lot more sense than mine.

 

There are a lot of gay people in Hollywood. Just sayin'.

 

Jewish people in Europe for ages were not able to own land or hold other positions so they became businessmen.

They were able to loan out money as they weren't prohibitied by usury laws and became the business people in Europe.

This created a base of people who stressed money as reputation in their society. Its why many are so driven and hard working as its been in their families for years.

That being said, Jews are a statistical anomoly when it comes to Entertainment, Finance, Business, Politics etc. If someone is a studio exec and is jewish he/she may relate better to a jewish actor or actress so it has a trickle down affect and thats probably why there are so many jews in hollywood.

Got to respect what they've done as a people and its fine as long as they don't continue to try to benefit a foreign nation like Israel over their loyalties to the USA.
