Texas has too much talent for Oklahoma and will be pissed after their piss poor performance against UCLA.
i hope so, but i doubt it. gilbert is too timid or is being limited by the coaches there is no running game at all there are no play making receivers. the d is stellar though, and zero U's offense has been suspect this season... so there is hope.
Neither team is particularly up to par, but OU will win. I think it is going to be a long year for the Horns.
I just can't get as excited about this game this year. Even if we win, UT will probably be unranked, so it won't count for much. On the other hand, if we lose, who cares? It's not like we were gonna win it all with this (overrated) team anyway. Still, since I know some of you are the type of "Never Graduate" moronic crazies that live or die by this game... Boomer Sooner! Tuck Fexas!
i think you miss placed your post, it should have went here http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=193439
glynch I got mad respect for you brah, and I might be mistaken, but weren't you the one who posted "Texas will be in the final 4 this year" last year? How did that work out for you?
i'm with this, unfortunately. having said that...the winner of this game is the winner of the Big XII South, again.
On defense, I'd agree. On offense, OU has the better (or more experienced) QB, RB, and WRs. None of Texas' offensive skill talent matches up with OU. That said, both of these teams have struggled all year long - the only truly good game by either team was OU vs FSU - so this game is a bit of a crapshoot. Nothing except a Texas blowout would surprise me. OU big, OU small, Texas small - any of those wouldn't be surprising.
