I don't like it when they jack up tickets for the good teams, but I guess they can do what they want. I was fortunate to buy the 14 game premium package and both the Heat & Lakers were part of that package. For what they are charging for those games, might be better to buy a 14 game package and sell off some of the tickets.
I was planning on going to the December game because it's the only game I could attend if I went to Houston for a few days.
For those who don't have the money to buy full season tickets, you may want to get a 6-game package. For instance, the "Premium" 6-game package includes one of the Lakers games (at only a small premium to the other game tickets). Plus, you get the opportunity to buy tickets to games like the Heat and Lakers before the rest of the public. I separately bought Heat game tickets a few weeks ago (upper deck, Section 407) for a not-too-great premium over regular ticket prices. For those with the means, I definitely recommend getting the 6-game pack and reaping the benefits of being a "partial season ticket holder" without having to pay an arm and a leg.
Are the preseason ticket prices the same as regular season prices, that is, if you buy them through nba.com? Not for the Heat game but just single game tickets in general. I'm trying to get tickets for opening night.
lol yea, i knew this would happen, so they put out this bs pre-sale, no tickets available so that makes people buy the 6 game mini pack. im pretty pissed my self along with some friends who also try to get tickets.
I guess you'll be seeing me outside the Toyota Center looking for Scalpers. or most likely bums with a beer in their hands. I always wonder how they have access to tickets like that.
I wonder how much more Olympics basketball tickets were compared to these Heat prices. I mean, that team had these guys PLUS Kobe and some others. /rant Anyway, I'm trying to buy regular season non-premium games and it's telling me the offer is no longer available. Did they seriously sell out of Pacers / Twolves / etc games this quickly? Or was there a hard cap on the offer in terms of possible purchases?
Everybody is talking about seeing Miami in the Toyota Center. You are talking about Miami. Rockets have not fired their ticket staff.
fwiw, the cheapest tickets were $40 for both the Heat and Lakers game those are the only 2 "premium" games this year, which is an improvement from last year were they had the Lakers, Mavs, Spurs, Celtics games as Prem. games where they had tickets starting at $40 I'd suggest to buy the 6 game Miami Plus pack, cheapest seats will be $120 for all 6 games, just go to the Heat game and sell the rest, besides the other 5 games are decent, opening night vs. Denver, Wolves, Suns, Pistons, and Kings. They sold out for individual games but usually hold a butt load for packages for people to buy or can wait closer to the game where they'd release more tickets for individual sale.
they sold out their season tickets in less than a day after raising the price to almost double they fired all their sales the next day because there is nothing for them to sell anymore
Call 713-758-7568...he can get you a great deal for Miami Heat tickets. I had to purchase a mini-plan to get those tickets for the game, but overall, I saved money because I couldn't purchase tickets for that game online anyway! I got the Miami-6 game plan for $325!
I got my Miami deal for 165. Pretty good seats and comes with some good games including Denver home opener, Los Suns, Carl Landry, and Kevin Martin bobblehead night/Tracy's return. With the the throw away Wolves game I made out like a bandit.
