I didn't like the demo, and I also don't feel like they added enough stuff to warrant me buying the new one. I think I will stick with fifa 10
Can FIFA 10 peeps play FIFA 11 peeps? I haven't bought a FIFA game since 2008. I have been reading good reviews and haven't tried all the features of the last two.
I generally only buy sports games every 2 years anyway. Its usually not worth 60 bucks just for a roster update. But if you havnt gotten it since 08, you should get it.
FIFA 10 was a huge jump in overall game play so if you are still on 09 or below, FIFA 11 is a good game to upgrade to. From what I'm reading, 11 probably is not worth the 60 bucks right now if you have 10. I'll only upgrade if a bunch of friends decide to get it.

I got it. Very similar game play to FIFA10. Much improved Online play IMO. Easier to keep control of the ball with smaller players and passing is much more difficult. I like the updates.
I hope its not a bust.... Fifa 10 was prob the best Fifa ever. The demo seems like the gameplay seems more congested and you have less room to make plays
What's the deal with creating a team in the Creation Centre? Do I have to do that online? I've tried and it tells me I need a pre-order activation code, which I don't have. Is this feature only available to those who pre-ordered the game? PSN: MMcAfee
I'm planning on picking it up tomorrow. 10 was definitely a HUGE leap from 09, and I loved 09. In 10 they added the "360-degree control" and it's definitely night and day. 09 and prior you couldn't run straight to a hole, you had to zig-zag to it. Crosses and skill moves seemed overpowered to compensate because it made it tough to attack up the middle. Just from playing 10 vs the 11 demo though, I'm very impressed at the much better fluidity of motion and many more tackle animations. Crosses/headers seem better balanced as well. I also think the harsher passing is a breath of fresh air... it was way too easy in 10 to pin-ball it up the field. I also hope they fixed the manager mode, as it was buggy to the point of being nearly unplayable in 10.
