80s Sonic Youth is where it's at. Bad Moon Rising, EVOL, Daydream Nation, Sister, Confusion is Sex... all great albums.

As far as Jesus Lizard goes, both 'Liar' and 'Goat' were really, really good. If i had to cast a vote, I'd go with 'Liar'. That album's the t***.

If you really dig that, I'd check out some Scratch Acid and Rapeman.

Feeding the Wolves album by 10 Years is awesome. It's what I've been listening to for the past week or 2. Much better and faster than their 2 previous albums.

The spirit was freedom and justice
And it's keepers seem generous and kind
It's leaders were supposed to serve the country
But now they won't pay it no mind
'Cause the people grew fat and got lazy
And now their vote is a meaningless joke
They babble about law and order
But it's all just an echo of what they've been told
Yeah, there's a monster on the loose
It's got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watchin'

Our cities have turned into jungles
And corruption is stranglin' the land
The police force is watching the people
And the people just can't understand
We don't know how to mind our own business
'Cause the whole worlds got to be just like us
Now we are fighting a war over there
    No matter who's the winner
    We can't pay the cost
'Cause there's a monster on the loose
It's got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watching

    (America)
    America where are you now?
Don't you care about your sons and daughters?
Don't you know we need you now
We can't fight alone against the monster

Man I am smoking t*tties tonight. Brain still fried from last night... I have to listen to ****ing Grizzly Bear today.

Last night I listened to Kid A until my head exploded. The National Anthem. Idioteque. Everything in its Right Place. Treefingers. How to Disappear Completely...

    *******.

I can't even believe how good Kid A is... and I'm a firm believer that OK Computer is the greatest album of the past 15 years. Now I just don't even know man, I just don't even know.

Ha, awesome. For the longest time The Bends was always my 2nd favorite Radiohead album (behind OKC) but I think Kid A has surpassed it for me in the last year or so. Motion Picture Soundtrack is without a doubt one of my top 3 favorite Radiohead tracks. The lyrics are just perfection.

Debut Solar Bears album is top notch. I predict Pitchfork Best New Music. This is what Ratatat should have evolved to.
