Marc Stein "Just filed to ESPN.com: Nuggets in "serious" discussions on four-way trade w/New Jersey, Utah and Charlotte that would make Melo a Net"
The road to the Championship would get easier for the Rockets if this happened. Looks like powers are shifting to the East. Good for us.
Utah being involved scares me, curious to know who would be trading places. Awwww...AK47 to Denver and Harris to Charlotte makes sense.
Definitely the best scenario besides Melo being a Rocket. All those other Denver players they mentioned are now ripe for the picking if they want to blow it up and start over. I think the priorities should now be: 1) Try to poach the Birdman as our 3rd big. 2) Try to "Morey" our way into the multi-team trade and get us more future picks, upgrade our roster, or otherwise add assets. Stating the obvious, but I love that our organization is in such good hands.
I actually like this, sure we don't get Carmelo, but it does add another playoff team to the east. Giving that NY pick a better chance at becoming Lottery Pick!!
diaw to utah scares me the guy is like another PG on the floor with Sloan's system he is gonna sadly fit right in AK wasn't giving them much at all the last season. also if it helps Utah save some money they will be able to match Fesenko a lot easier
hmm..I wonder if Melo's gonna sign that extension if Devin Harris and Favors are trades..anyway, i want the Rox to get involved and get our 3rd Center.
I don't get that move. CP3 having the bulk of the minutes at point, what? Are they going to play Harris at the 2?
