    Could be. In any case, after the disasters with Palin, Rand Paul, etc., the right have been extra careful with allowing candidates to show their faces on TV.

    Actually, re-checking everything looks like it was always just a rumor. But Maher is enough of serial dater and she was on Politically Incorrect enough times that I would have assumed it was true.
