Shaq worked for the cops, and his cop buddies were the ones supposedly planting the child p*rn.

Am I reading it wrong? It seems like Shaq didn't watch child p*rn. He planted child p*rn on the dude's computer. Which begs the question why is the dude not serving time in jail if Shaq did indeed plant the p*rn?

Also I don't see how Shaq asking him to wipe his computers to hide his various extramarital affairs. Its his computers, so I don't why the hell he can't wipe them if he wants.

More importantly there wasn't even a motive given. If he works for Shaq why will Shaq go to all the trouble of planting illegal p*rn on his pc? Couldn't Shaq have just fired him and be done with him?

Seems like a frivolous lawsuit to me.

I'm not saying the story is true, but I don't think it's a stretch to think Shaq has no clue how to wipe his hard drive clean. I think the implied motive is the person bringing the lawsuit had intimate knowledge and access to evidence of Shaq's infidelities and that would give Shaq a motive to intimidate and destroy the credibility of a former employee. Shaq's not bright, but even he knows widespread knowledge of his sexual exploits while married is going to effect his standing(financial or otherwise) with his sponsors, his legacy, his wife, his kids.

I find it hard to believe that the whole story given in the suit is true, but I can easily imagine a scenario where a disgruntled employee tries to squeeze more money out of Shaq by threatening to go public with infidelity proof and Shaq retaliates.
