I have never been to that part of Austria. But I have been to a city in Wales. Name = Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch Very nice little town. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Llanfairpwllgwyngyll
Whoa. How do you pronounce that name? It'd be funny if the residents have trouble spelling it.
from wiki: There is a bus service operated by OÖVV between Schärding and Eggerding which makes stops at Unter****ing (Lower ****ing) and Ober****ing (Upper ****ing). awesome!
You sure you're not thinking about Crested Butte? There's really a Crusted Butte? Next time you're in South Carolina, stop in Sugar Tit.
Apparently, they wanted to be very descriptive: The name means: St Mary's Church (Llanfair) in a hollow (pwll) of white hazel (gwyngyll) near (goger) the swirling whirlpool (y chwyrndrobwll) of the church of St Tysilio (llantysilio) with a red cave ([a]g ogo goch).
These were listed on the ****ing, Austria page as other notable names. * Anus, France * Climax, Michigan * Climax, Minnesota * Climax, Pennsylvania * Climax, Saskatchewan * Condom, France * Dildo, Newfoundland and Labrador * Hell, Michigan * Hell, Norway * Intercourse, Pennsylvania * p***y, France * ****terton, England * Tittybong, Victoria * Twatt, Shetland * Wank (mountain)
This was my favorite part: "In 2009, the European Union's OHIM trademarks agency forbade a German brewery to market a beer called "F--king Hell". They appealed, and were granted permission in January 2010 to market the beer. They claim the beer is actually named after the Austrian village F--king and the German term for pale lager, Hell."
