    In photoshop you create a transparent layer, make the bubbles, then make the layer solid when you're done.

    Some words of wisdom here- Clutch is a mormon I believe. I've been banned multiple times for any kind of insult or reference towards them, so best just keep your keyboard away from this kinda stuff and let it die.
