Boy do I ever feel sheepish. At least I didn't type Jerry Garcia. (Yes, I meant Jeff Garcia.) He has actually countered w/ Holmes, Rice, and Garcia for Faulk, Bruce, and Griese.
STILL >>> DO NOT DO THIS TRADE. faulk is the best player in the game. holmes had a good first game, but i have him in one league sitting on my bench (i got ricky williams and correy dillon in front of him). Faulk = 12/10 Bruce = 7/10 Griese = 7/10 Holmes = 7.5/10 Rice = 6.5/10 Garcia =9/10 hmmm...you lose...basically because faulk is so valuable. PLUS you got Griese and Trent Green, both solid QB's. If you don't have 2 good RB's...then definately dont trade Faulk unless you get 2 very good ones in return.
My other RB's are Jerome Bettis and Fred Taylor. Since Green throws so many interceptions and Griese is basically made of glass, I considered the trade. Probably won't do it.
If you want to do a trade to upgrad a position...then trade one of those other RB's. They're worth quite a bit and when put with griese or green you could get a great QB.
OK....So if I offer someone their choice: Bettis or Taylor plus Griese or Green which QB's would be worth one of those RB's plus one of those QB's? Warner isn't going to happen.
nope. faulk is a better player, and his injury wasn't serious, should be in next weeks game. once the rams start up again, they'll be unstoppable. i just got luck (IMO) and traded away: -Priest Holmes (my other RB's in a two RB league are R. Williams and Corey Dillon) -Joe Horn and Received: -Kurt Warner (i have Gannon also, so i'll sit Warner until he's playin good again). -Randy Moss (i know he's in trouble, but i got lots of great WR's, could turn out good).
