The remote control car is just another thing that'll end up pissing me off because I'll be owned by it.
The problem with MW2 is that there were too many cheesy perks... now there are going to be too many cheesy weapons...
TO me it looks like the noob friendly kill streak rewards still exist. Not to mention numerous gimmicky weapons and an overkill on the perk updates. Looks like they fell into the same trap as MW2, maybe even worse. The one positive I did see was that the sniper rifles looked better. MW2 botched the snipers for inline play

Black Ops is gonna be freaking epic!!! No more stupid perks (commando), no more stupid killstreaks that rape (ac-130, chopper gunner), and hopefully no boosting. Can't wait!! I posted this in this thread 2 weeks ago...there is a new one released tonight that discusses the different multiplayer modes...they are very original and seem like they would be crazy fun.
Here it is...By the way, you make money in this game and you use the money to purchase the different weapons. Therefore, your money is what carries you in this game. Game looks good so far, the perks are VERY balanced with no stopping power or jugg or commando, DC bull****. Heres a link: http://bigpwner.com/2010/09/01/exposed-what-is-making-a-return-whats-not/. Bad things about the trailer: Ballistic knives look WAY to easy to use. There should be some skill involved in throwing the knife like in MW2. In the trailer the knife went to wherever your crosshair was. But Tomahawks look more like throwing knives.
Some of you may be familiar with Hutch from YouTube...he used to make call of duty videos of his gameplay with commentary. However, he got a huge fan base and Machinima hired him. He gets first looks at a lot of games. All I can say is, thank God there will be no more commando. Commando ruined MW2 for me... Cant wait to play Black Ops.
I like the customization aspect, but I noticed in the video that thumpers are still in the game which is a big turn off.
true, but the good news is that scavenger no longer replenishes explosives, such as frags, grenade launchers, Semtex, claymores, etc.... It only gives you ammo for your gun. So, if someone wants to use a thumper, I think they'll be at a disadvantage since they won't have a true secondary.
Commando was never a big deal for me because I most play hardcore. If a guy with commando was within knifing distance, you can almost always get 1 bullet in before he reaches you. It also helps for the riot shield which they made so crappy. Even with commando on the shield, users are at a huge disadvantage.
