And AB was the guy working on his game while Rafer Alston was out spitting on parking attendants. Now, AB is last year's Most Improved Player. I think he'll be fine.

Bagwell never did steroids. That's why he weighs 120 lbs. and his skin fits like a used tea bag.

Yeah, they (as in freidman and other media) have all said that chuck got a lot thinner over the summer to improve quickness, etc. I'm thinking he looks pretty fit.

    Thanks for the post!

"Gotta move your feet Pat!" ;)

Strange to think of a kid growing up in the US who has never played any t-ball or little league... but I guess they started on basketball early and never looked elsewhere.

I went to his signing a few months ago, and I was surprised how thin he actually is in person, but I do think he has dropped a few pounds since then.

I'm just guessing, but I would imagine that the players are contractually obligated to do so many PR/charity event per year. This is probably one of them. I know you're not serious, but I don't think you could use this at all to say that one is working harder then the other in anyway.

That said, was Lowry working on his game in China? ;)

It was hilarious watching them take their swings on the Astros broadcast... I think most of them never played baseball before. There was only one homer into the Crawford Boxes, but I forget who hit it now. I want to say Patterson, but I could be wrong.

Budinger put a good swing on one in the video in the OP, looked like he hit it off the wall.

Respert hit the Crawford Box homerun.

By the way I hope you're joking about this, haha. Baseball players start at like age 4 and even when they go pro they spend years in the minors and only like 1 out of every 10 pro baseball player makes it to the majors.

Brooks never played baseball before in his life, haha.
