    You're holding it wrong!

Jk. Doesn't Apple use Gorilla Glass for the new iPhones? Part of the hype was how scratch-resistant it was. Call up an Apple Store and see if one their geniuses, warlocks, wizards, prophets, or whatever they're called has any suggestions.

Kindly note that I do not award reputation points for smug replies. Furthermore,
I am aware of the Google search engine, and had previously conducted a search. Unfortunately, the results were not satisfactory, hence this thread.

This iphone is a 3GS model. Thank you for the suggestion. I will have to head to the Apple Store and seek their counsel.

Amazing, I have never seen someone TYPE like a hipster before...until now.

Here is a kind suggestion, ditch your crappy iPhone for a real mans phone, an Android. (any of them)

    Have you tried diamond sander?

That should eliminate scratches and any imperfections on the surface of your iphone.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will certainly consider this when I enter the desperation stage. You have been awarded reputation points.

My common law wife, Karen, is responsible for purchasing my clothes. She insists that I wear Levi's 501 jeans exclusively. She prefers jeans to be tight fitting, bringing the outline of my genitals to center stage.

I was joking, dude. A sander will probably remove the fancy coating....and more.

    This might help you.

Absolutely not. :p While Karen may feel a sense of control by outfitting the man in her life wih a sexy wardrobe, she falls completely under my spell when her eyes lock on to the outline of the raj mahal in my 5 pocket jeans.

If she does begin to feel tall and mighty in her tiny brain, I can take her down a notch by denying her amorous activities for a small period. This frustrates her to no end, and ultimately she is eating out of my palm once again.
