Red Bull is bad!! Had a friend who started having heart problems, doctor said that was the direct cause. He quit drinking them and his heart issues went away. The 180 acai energy drink is pretty good, without all the bs in it.
i really need to kick my habit. They just give me such a nice lift before my workout. I know it's slowly poisoning my organs though.
LOL. finalsbound I think you should probably go see somebody about your problems. Stress is a killar, 4 serios.
I tried to send you an email through the board, but it seems you have it disabled. MSG me. I have something that might help with the hair loss.
She graduated a while back. I'm sure she has some sort of Health Insurance though, she needs to just get her ass down to the clinic and get that abortion already.
No worries. Bald is beautiful. Spoiler Go see a doctor. "I'm just really stressed out" is a potentially lousy self-diagnosis.
As far as health goes, everything is related to everything. You're a vegetarian and take oral B-Complex. That's good, but B vitamin supplements aren't absorbed as readily as natural B vitamins like you find in protein foods. Stress depletes B vitamins even further. You're B vitamins could be low, B-12 in particular. B-12 deficiency can lead to pernicious anemia. You could be low on iron for any number of reasons, like jogging, for example. Anemia, whether general or pernicious (iron and B-12, respectively), can lead to hair loss. So yeah. Go see your doctor.
yup, get a water filter for the shower. My dad got one installed @ the house and it helped. I used to notice alotta hair falling out when i shower but not recently. So i'm assuming its the water for me, not stress.
This I was having the same problem. It was getting longer yet thinner, so I started taking biotin. It was growing it very fast, but I still had damaged hair. I chopped almost all of it off yesterday to get all the damaged hair off to stop the thinning and it grow back thicker.
I'm going to see my doc next week. I talked to my friend's sister who's a dermatologist and she said it's very common for women to have a period of hair loss after an emotionally stressful period of time. To say the past couple months have been emotionally stressful would be the biggest understatement in the history of the world. So, I'm not worrying or anything, but I am getting it checked it next week...it's worth the co-pay to be sure. Thanks, y'all.
