It's not news if she's treated the same as any other person. But it becomes news if she never goes to jail after repeated offenses. I wonder why none of the workers would give sworn testimony? Not sure if there's coercion going on there, or if they simply didn't want the girl arrested. Of course, if I had my way, it'd all be legal anyway... just don't want to see any abuse of power.
