Interesting article/blog post. As much as people think Rockets don't get any publicity, they probably got a lot more than many other teams such as the Sixers due to factors such as (a) they exceeded some rather negative pre-season expectations, and (b) they are at least famous among the hoops junkies and hoops geek community due to Morey's connection with guys like M. Lewis and B. Simmons.

As such, a productive Rocket is still better known than, for example, a similarly productive Sixer. It may be time to cash in on the PR value of some of the Rockets players.

Iggy + Williams for Brooks + Jeffries + Pick, I'd do it

The article should have stopped here.

stats are not reliable measure when comparing the players.
The author just proved it, again.

Aaron Brooks started 82 out of 82 games last year while Lou started 38 out of 64. Also, Aaron was arguably the best player on the Rockets last year. He was playing most of his minutes against starters while also being a point of emphasis for other teams' defenses. The Rockets ended up with a better record than the Sixers. Put Lou Williams in Brooks' role last year. Would he have shined like Brooks?

**** IT. NOT GONNA TALK ****ING THREAD POLICING MEANINGLESS **** AGAIN.

If someone wants to get back to a more interesting and on topic discussion, lets do it. No reason letting another thread get side-tracked and ruined.

Says the guy who just told someone in the "Stay Pat" thread that it was more important to concentrate on the games being played.

    Carl Hypocriterra !

Fine, I will leave your little ....Lou Williams is not getting enough props....therefore we should capitalize on all the props that AB has gotten thread.

BTW - if you can capitalize and improve the team overall, I am all for it....so there......

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Carl Herrera again.

Interesting post, I watch the Sixers quite a bit and can confirm that Lou Williams is quite underrated (and I don't think it's a stretch to say that AB is vastly overrated by many on this board). AB's still better, but it's probably closer than many think.
