A good website to post job openings?

    Manage a few coffee shops in downtown and always looking for people. Most of the time its just referrals.

    Have tried Craigslist in the past, but that really brings out the lozers.

    Any good recommendations? We are talking $10 an hour job so don't really know where to look.

    sorry to derail, but...

    my inbox just got flooded after I begged my supervisor not to go through craigslist for job openings. the market is full of desperate, unemployed folks right now.

    I'd keep the good old boy network strong during this time and go with a referral...
