There probably isn't a child-psychologist, family court judge or half-decent CPS worker who would support this just from a developmental standpoint. And as a taxpaying taxpayer who pays taxes, I don't think my tax dollars should go to supporting illegals kids when we can't take care of our own kids or are schools or failing, cuz taxes are high enough already and our schools are failing, taxes! What if all these minority kids want to go taxpayer funded public colleges with affirmative action programs and minority scholarships? That's a whole lotta back-bending for accented minority outsiders.
The purpose of someone's visit is sort of material to whether or not they're given permission to visit. People are asking Congress to rewrite the law. Doh.
