He started being treated like royalty after he entered high school when everyone saw what an athlete he was. But, he still lost alot of people who he was really close to.. and he does suffer from back and foot problems cause by his youth.
So, you're basically saying that McGrady was doomed to have injury problems from the start (even though he stayed healthy in the early part of his career) because his parents couldn't afford to buy him shoes his own size when he was a kid? That's unfortunate...
