They will be a sub-par team but I don't think they are the worst team in the league.

    It has to be Minnesota.

They have Love/Flynn and nobody good. Maybe Johnson.

When the highest paid player on your team earns less than the MLE, you probably are the worst team in the league.

Wtf? Arguably best PG in the league, I doubt they're anywhere near the worst- probably playoff bound given their roster:

    Jefferson 17/10/1.5
    Okur 14/7/1
    AK47 12/4/3
    Bell 10/3/3 pt shooting
    Williams 18/10

    Anyways, Toronto by far IMO

Knicks -- wishful thinking. They actually have a decent team now with Felton running the point and Amare at the 4/5. They will likely struggle to make the playoffs in my opinion, but barring significant injury to one of those guys, they're not going to be bottom feeders either.

Nets have gotten better, both coaching and personnel wise. They'll likely still be a bad team, but they won't be the worst.

Cavs. Oh, poor Cavs. Losing LeBron killed that team. That said, they're not exactly totally bereft of talent -- they still have Williams and Jamison, after all. And they did upgrade their coach by getting Avery. They'll be bad, but they won't be the worst team.

The Wolves, who were in fact *the* worst team last year despite having a marginally better record than the Nets, gave away Al Jefferson for nothing, and are looking to Darko as their savior. Winner.

Toronto is absolutely talentless, with poor moral, fan support, and coaching on top of it. They'll do well to score 85 a night....and they gave up 106 a night even with Bosh in the middle.

The Cavs I had pegged as going from first to worst....until LeBron became such an over the top douche factory. He just became a massive focal point for Cleveland to rally over. I think they'll absolutely have a FU attitude going for them. And while their talent is iffy on paper...they are battled tested and can bring a proper mindset.

The Timberwolves are also fairly low on talent...but they are young, pretty athletic, and are deeper than folks give them credit for. They aren't much, they will be lucky to get 30 wins, but they'd sweep the Raptors.

Nets are going to be anywhere near as bad this year. Even if they kept the same roster, I couldn't see them being so bad again.

Knicks will be fine, either barely making or barely missing the playoffs.

Teams not mentioned that will be struggling:
    Wizards
    Warriors
    Clippers
    Pistons
    Sixers
    Suns
