she sounds like a b****. The flight attendant is doing his job and telling you to sit down, you refuse and then hit him with your luggage, and instead of apologizing you curse at him. And the man gets 7 years!!!??

It will cost $25,000 to replace the slide and the plane can not be used while it is being repaired. Is he not responsible for damages? But he will not go to prison. He will get probation.

I have seen no one else bring "Johnny" in to this conversation - he is the Haulden Caulfield of the genre of super hilarious prancing airline workers with attitude. The fog is getting thicker. I agree he should be held responsible for his actions but going to prison is not the right punishment. Make him pay the $25k instead.
